Shipping & Returns

  • We will (where possible) charge deliveries out at our lowest available freight rates.
  • Alternatively, we are prepared to load your nominated carrier out of our Coffs Harbour warehouse, free of charge during working hours. Please email us to enquire.
  • All of our freight is via StarTrack Express
  • When picking shipping options, "Metro" refers to the most populated city in your state, "Regional" refers to everywhere else. If you pick the wrong shipping option we will contact you to make necessary arrangements before processing your order.
  • No return merchandise will be accepted without prior authorisation from Gymnastics Equipment Pty Ltd. Please email us to enquire.
  • All shipments are carefully inspected and counted before leaving our warehouse.
  • Please inspect on receipt of your order for any discrepancies, loss or damage.
  • Buyer must notify GE within 3 days from the date of the invoice with a legible copy of the carriers freight bill noting all discrepancies to receive credit.
